General Questions
What are your hours of operation?
Crossing Vineyards and Winery is open 7 days a week from noon-6pm and until 9pm on Thursdays. The winery is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day and Easter.
How far are you from New Hope?
New Hope, PA, is located approximately 8 miles north of Crossing Vineyards and Winery. The drive takes about 15 minutes.
Do you make donations to nonprofit organizations?
Yes. All donation requests should be submitted via email to donations@crossingvineyards.com.
Is smoking allowed on the property?
Smoking is permitted only in the designated area in front of the Tasting Room. Pipes, cigars, e-cigarettes and vaping devices are strictly prohibited.
Do you have Food Trucks at the Winery?
No, instead we offer a lite bites menu. Click here to view the menu selections on our website.
Can I bring my own food and beverages onto the property and have a picnic?
No. You may not bring any customer provided food, snacks or beverages onto the property. For the customer’s convenience we offer a light bites menu as well as wine, beer, cocktails and non alcoholic beverages.
Can I bring a cooler, picnic basket, backpack or other bag for miscellaneous personal items onto the property?
No. Coolers, picnic baskets, backpacks or other large bags are not permitted to be brought onto the property.
Can I bring a ball, frisbee or some other type of yard game onto the property?
No.
Can I bring my own table and lawn chairs onto the property?
You are permitted to set up lawn chairs, blankets, and small folding tables in select outdoor areas only. Customers are not permitted between the rows of the vineyard and lawn chairs may not be set up in the garden or terrace.
Can I walk around and go into the vineyard?
No. For health and safety reasons, the public is not permitted access into the vineyard or allowed to touch or eat the grapes.
Can I bring my children to the winery?

Do you offer wine or beer flights?
Am I allowed to take professional photos (engagement or family sessions) at the vineyard?
If you are interested in conducting a professional photo shoot, please contact events@crossingvineyards.com for more information. Restrictions and site fees apply.
Am I allowed to take personal photos at the vineyard?
The use of camera phones for brief personal photography is allowed. Please refrain from using full-size DSLR cameras, external flashes, tripods, drones or video cameras. Be respectful of others and limit the duration of your photos to under 10 minutes. Photography in the vineyard is not permitted.

Are you currently doing Wine Tastings?
Are Wine Tastings held indoors or outdoors?
Wine Tastings are held indoors. However, some larger group tastings may be conducted outdoors.

Are the Covid-19 guidelines for a Wine Tasting followed at Crossing Vineyards?
Yes. Masks are required until customers are seated in the winery; social distancing is enforced; hand sanitizers are available; all surfaces are disinfected between Wine Tastings; employees’ temperatures are checked daily.
How many wines are provided in a Wine Tasting?
10 wines are offered, including white, red and sweet.
Can I choose the kind of wines I want to taste?
No. The wines included in the Wine Tasting are chosen to provide an enjoyable experience of the full range of Crossing Vineyards’ wines.

Can a non-drinker attend a Wine Tasting?
Due to Covid 19 building occupation limits, all participants in a Wine Tasting must pay the full price.
Can two people share a Wine Tasting?
No.
Are children allowed to attend a Wine Tasting?
Since alcohol consumption is an adult activity, bringing children to a Wine Tasting is not recommended. Full payment will be required for any child attending the Wine Tasting, except for infants and small children in strollers.
Is food included with a Wine Tasting?
No, food is not included with a Classic or Group Wine Tasting. However, we offer a lite bites menu. Click here to view the menu selections on our website.
Can I order food with my Classic or Group Wine Tasting?
Yes, we offer a lite bites menu. Click here to view the menu selections on our website. As soon as you are seated at the tasting, you can hold your smart phone camera over the QR Code at your table to order and pay for your food selections which will be served directly to your table.
Can I bring my dog to a Wine Tasting?
Crossing Vineyards is dog friendly and requires owners to keep their pets outside and on leashes. Due to Covid-19 regulations, dogs are not permitted inside the winery building. Since Wine Tastings are conducted indoors, dogs may not accompany their owners during the 45-minute Wine Tasting experience. Handicapped persons who require the assistance of service dogs are exempt from this restriction.
Do I need to wear a mask during a Wine Tasting?
No. Masks must be worn when customers are moving about the winery building or grounds but are not required when customers are seated at a table.
Do I get to keep the tasting glass?
No. Logo glasses are available for purchase in the retail store for $8.50 each.
Can I bring snacks or other food to the Wine Tasting?
No. Outside food and beverages are not permitted at the winery.
Are decorations or balloons permitted at the Wine Tasting?
No. If you're interested in hosting a private party, please send an email to events@crossingvineyards.com.
What happens if I’m late for the Wine Tasting?
How do I cancel or reschedule a Wine Tasting?
Do I get my money back if I miss or cancel my Wine Tasting?
If you miss your Wine Tasting, you will not receive a refund or store credit. If you cancel your reservation within the required timeframe, you will receive store credit. Booking fees are not refundable.
Are Wine Tastings private?
No. Wine tastings are conducted in groups. The number of participants is limited by building occupancy restrictions imposed by Covid 19 guidelines. Reservations are required.
Do I sit or stand during a Wine Tasting?
Participants are seated during Wine Tastings, which are conducted by an experienced wine presenter.
Is a tour included with a Wine Tasting?
No.
Public Events
What kinds of public events do you offer?

How can I book a public event?
Do I receive tickets for Public Event bookings?
No. You will receive a confirmation email which you should bring with you to the event.
Private Parties
How can I book a private or corporate party?
Please contact our Events Department at events@crossingvineyards.com.
What kinds of private parties do you offer?
We offer a multitude of parties, ranging from small corporate events to bridal showers to engagement cocktail parties and everything in between.
Do you have a/v capabilities? Screen, projector?
We do not provide A/V equipment; you are welcome to bring your own. The indoor winery building offers WiFi.
Can I rent a room and bring my own food?
We are proud to partner with six catering companies; you must work with one of these partners for your catering needs. Outside food is not permitted.
Weddings
Can I bring my own food? Can we use our own caterer?
We are proud to partner with six catering companies, offering a wonderful range of options. You must work with one of these partners for your catering needs; outside food is not permitted.
What time do your events end? Why can’t we go past 10pm?
Due to our residential location, events must end by 10pm.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
You may bring limited quantities of your own beer and liquor to supplement the bar package that we provide, subject to pre-approval.
What if I just want to host my ceremony, and book my reception elsewhere?
At this time, we only offer on-site ceremonies in conjunction with a reception.
Can we have a live band?
We offer a list of approved live bands you may work with; please inquire for more information. Due to our residential noise ordinance, larger bands and those with horn sections are not permitted.
We want our dog involved in our wedding. Is that allowed?
We love dogs, and know they are often an important part of your family! Dogs are permitted to participate in the ceremony and photos, but must be kept on a leash. We kindly ask you to clean up after your dog, and to have someone pre-appointed to take your dog off-site prior to the reception beginning.
Do you provide beer and liquor, or just wine?
In addition to our award-winning wines, we are proud to offer a variety of Pennsylvania beer and craft spirits.
What happens if it rains?
Can we do shots?
Shots are not permitted.
Do you offer different rates for off-peak dates?
As a boutique winery, we host a limited number of weddings each year. Due to this limit, our rates are the same regardless of which date or day of week you choose.
